Terms of Use
Last updated: January 16, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VNDUSDTP2P (“VNDUSDTP2P,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a peer-to-peer marketplace for exchanging USDT and Vietnamese Dong (the “Services”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Services would be unlawful, or if you are subject to applicable trade or economic sanctions.
2. Account registration and verification
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and must complete identity verification (KYC) before placing a trade. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Description of the Services
VNDUSDTP2P is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of USDT and Vietnamese Dong. We are not a party to trades placed between users, do not set exchange rates offered by merchants, and do not take custody of VND exchanged between users. Where escrow is used, USDT committed to a trade is held by the platform until the applicable release conditions are met, as described in Section 5.
4. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or stolen identity information.
- Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with escrow, verification, or security features of the Services.
- Coordinate off-platform payment or delivery that bypasses the trade record on the Services.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our prior written consent.
- Harass, threaten, or defraud another user in connection with a trade.
5. Trading, escrow, and settlement
When a trade is initiated, the seller's USDT is locked in escrow for the duration of the order. The buyer is responsible for sending payment through the agreed method within the order window and confirming payment on the platform. The seller is responsible for releasing escrowed USDT promptly upon confirming receipt of payment. Orders not completed within the applicable time window may be cancelled and escrowed funds returned to the seller, subject to our then-current order policies.
6. Disputes
If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a disagreement about a trade directly, either party may raise a dispute for review. We may request evidence (such as payment confirmations) from either party, and may make a binding determination as to release or return of escrowed funds based on the evidence available. Our decision on a dispute is final as between the platform and the parties to that trade, without prejudice to any other legal remedy either party may have against the other.
7. Fees
We may charge a service fee of up to 1% on certain trades. Any applicable fee is shown before you confirm a trade or transaction. We may change our fees prospectively by posting updated fees on the Services.
8. Risk disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and their value can change rapidly. Transactions involving digital assets are generally irreversible once broadcast to the relevant network; sending assets to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss. You acknowledge that you are trading at your own risk and that we do not guarantee the availability of any exchange rate, the completion of any trade, or the solvency or conduct of any other user of the Services.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to some or all of the Services, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or if required to do so by a competent authority. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of any open trades and applicable record-retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The Services, including all associated software, design, and content (excluding user-submitted content), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any trade conducted through them, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
